Deutsch Für Alle (DFA) is a German language institute. Our website is www.deutschfuralle.com and you can contact us at deutschfuraalle@gmail.com.

Data we collect

• Details you enter in our registration or free demo form (name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address and the course you are interested in). These are sent to us by WhatsApp, email or Google Forms.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp (+92 318 2166443), by email or on social media.
• Basic analytics or cookies, only if enabled. Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log visitors' IP addresses for security purposes.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, enrol you, schedule classes and send you the course updates you asked for. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we use (Google, Meta/WhatsApp and GitHub).

Google API Services / YouTube

Our “DFA Make” integration uses Google and YouTube APIs only to manage and upload captions and content on our own YouTube channel. We do not access, store or share any other user's Google data. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By using YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; see also the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our classes and answer your requests, and we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing deutschfuraalle@gmail.com.

Children

Minors need the consent of a parent or guardian before sharing personal data with us or enrolling.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
